Important steps to note

June – October 2023: Submission of your abstract

January – 22 February 2024: Notification of acceptance, registration, travel planning, and conference program

Until 9 April 2024: Submission of the full manuscript

May – June 2024: Poster submission and stay on-site

Call for Papers

The Call for Papers for the conference 2024 is closed. If you have submitted an abstract, you will receive a notification of acceptance in January 2024.

Registration, travel planning and program (January – February 2024)

Registration

After the notification of acceptance in January, it is mandatory for poster presenters to register for the participation. The booking link will be available from January 2024.

To be best prepared, you will find everything for your travel planning and your stay in Nuremberg here.

As a poster presenter there are special conditions for the reservation of a hotel room at the Arvena Park Hotel. To benefit from the special conditions, please book your room by 14 April 2024 (upon availability).
